The Hang on Honey pendant light is an example of what can be achieved when a design is completely re thought. Niels Bak Rasmussen has used the light bulb as part of the whole construction. The light-weight aluminum shade is hung directly onto the light bulb with three silicone studs. This means the shade can be easily changed and cleaned simply by removing the bulb it also creats an interesting halo of light which creeps out of the top to illuminate the lamp holder.
