Fredericia Swoon Lounge Chair - Wood Base

The Swoon Lounge Chair by Fredericia was designed by Space Copenhagen for the 11 Howard Hotel in New York.   The idea was for a chair to fill the gap between traditional lounge chairs and larger easy chairs – the result is a less formal interpretation but still recognisable and contemporary.

The collection was named Swoon because it describes an intense feeling of pleasure. The chair is designed to intuitively adapt to the body while providing excellent back support. The seat and back cushions are attached as one piece.
